Real estate plays a big role in your practice, most times it is the second largest expense behind personnel.  Most of the time however, it is overlooked when it should be considered an asset, or could it be the liability holding your practice back.  This course will cover all aspects of commercial real estate that a practice could occur.  Whether it be starting a practice or acquiring a practice.  You have an established practice and your lease is about to expire.  You have an established practice and you need more room.  You are considering selling your practice but your lease is coming up for renew.  You are considering selling your practice but you own the real estate.  What does your office say about you and is it helping you or hurting you.

Followed by Dr. Greenwell, KDA President from 7-8pm (1CE) to discuss happenings at the KDA, Legislative, and COVID Updates.
