Topic: Prosthodontics
Speaker: Dr. Jyme Charette
Dr. Charette obtained his certificate in Prosthodontics and then decided to apply for Board Certification; In 2018, Dr. Charette became board certified with the American Board of Prosthodontics in fixed, removable, and implant prosthodontics. Dr. Charette serves as a dental faculty member for the DMD program and the graduate prosthodontics program at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. He currently holds authorship on articles in the Journal of Prosthodontic Dentistry, the European Journal of Dental Education, and Quintessence. He, along with others, developed the International Team for Implantology’s treatment guide protocol for an all-digital workflow associated with the immediate loading of full arch implant restorations. His other educational role includes being the invited national lecturer on diagnosis, treatment planning, implants, overdentures, fixed and removable full arch/full mouth prosthodontics with Alabama Implant Education (AIE).

Dr. Gary Robins, DMD has extensive training and experience in Orofacial Pain-TMD since 1979! Dr. Robins is a highly accomplished provider in the diagnosis and management of Orofacial Pain, Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD) and Dental Sleep medicine at UC Health. He is affiliated with the Oral Surgery department at the UC Medical Center as an Adjunct Assistant Professor and has been teaching conservative approaches to TMD-Orofacial Pain to Oral Surgery Residents through lectures and clinical experience at UC since 1981. Dr. Robins is also affiliated with the Headache and Facial Pain Program within the UC Neuroscience Institute.
